Sundays - Adult Classes

9:45 - 10:30 a.m.

Families With a Mission (formerly Parenting Class)
Join us in the Parlor.
Teaching Team: Melissa Riley, Sally Jenkins, Dana Cozad, Sharyn O’Briant, and Colin Covington. This class looks at how to be intentional about teaching children compassion, understanding of Christian service, and the importance of demonstrating God’s love for the world through our actions. After Christmas, there will be no Sunday classes, but periodic mission opportunities will be organized for families with children of all ages.
 
Focus Class
Join us in the Conference Room.
Teaching Team: Bruce Eberhard, Dave Muhlbaier, Sandy Evans, and Jack Hunter. This class uses a DVD series "Twisting the Truth."
First Class
Starts a little earlier--9:30 am. Join us in Room 32.
Teaching Team: Dean Sackett, Allen Blancett, Carl Dawson, and Russell Smith. This class will study James, Colossions, 1 John, 2 John, and 3 John, using Barclay’s commentaries.
 
Law Class
Join us in Room 26.
Teaching Team: Jane Keisler, Nevyn Rankin, Sally Farris, Joe Brooks, Martha Ebel, and Susan Adkins. This class uses The Present Word, a Bible Study lesson series that follows the lectionary scriptures for each week.

Wednesdays

NBC    ˛    Women's Bible Study

Wednesdays,  3:15 – 5:15 p.m.   -   Conference Room

Fall:   Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World--finding intimacy with God in the busyness of life by Joanna Weaver.

Extended Session Classes

Preschoolers leave the worship service after the Special Time for Children and go to age specific rooms, for the remainder of the service. Special enrichment activities and snacks are planned weekly by parents of this age group. There is a Toddler class for 12-24 month old children, as well as a 3 year old - 5K class.
