Remember to bring/wear nametag
Put on carnation
Check lights in narthex, restrooms, Sanctuary, Chancel and Paraments
Pick up bulletins from chapel/sacristy
Open Sanctuary doors to Narthex
Light Candles (10 minutes prior to the start of service)
Close Sanctuary doors @ the chiming
Take a headcount
After the offering is received, at the start of the prelude to the Doxology, proceed to the chancel and place the plates on the front
corners of the Communion table, returning to the narthex using the middle aisle
Open the doors from the Sanctuary to the narthex immediately after the benediction
Extinguish all candles
Check pews and pick up debris as needed
Close doors to the Sanctuary and all exterior doors
Return carnation to the box.
Remember to bring/wear nametag
Arrive @ least 20 minutes prior to the start of the service
Put on carnation
Check with the head usher for any special instructions/morning assignments
Follow head usher instructions for offering collection
Help with clean up of Sanctuary after the service
Return carnation to the box
