Page 131   Crunchy Chicken Casserole

Chicken breast needs to be cooked before chopping

Page 139   Skillet Beef & Beans

Change Beef Broth to 1 CAN (instead of 1 cup)

Page 172  Shrimp Creole

In the ingredients list:  ¼ tsp. Pepper should be replaced      with ¼ tsp. Red Pepper

Page 181   Seafood Bisque Casserole

Please note that this recipe is from the collection of Noba Light

Page 214  Blueberry Scones

Please add ½ - 1 Cup drained blueberries to the ingredient list

Page 231   Lemon Angel Pie

Oven temperature should be 275º, not 375º.  In the directions for the Lemon Filling change the sugar amount to 2 Tablespoons. (listed as 2 teaspoons)

Page 260  Coca-Cola Cake

The first sentence of the directions should read:  Heat margarine, cocoa, and Coca-Cola to boiling.

Page 272   Apple Dumplings

Sauce Directions:  Change serve hot to set aside; sauce is poured over dumplings before baking.

Page 288  Bourbon Brownies

Change Bourbon to 6 Tablespoons.

Page 289  Rocky Road Fudge Bars

Add to icing ingredient list and directions:

2 Cups mini-marshmallows

1 Sq. (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate

¼ Cup margarine

¼ Cup milk

2 oz. cream cheese

1 tsp. Vanilla

3 Cups (1 lb.) powdered sugar

Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minutes longer.  In saucepan, over low heat, melt margarine, chocolate, cream cheese and milk.  Stir in sugar and vanilla.  Pour over marshmallows and swirl.

Page 298   Chocolate Chip Cookies

In the ingredients list after chocolate chips, remove the word soften.

Page 304  Overnight Surprise

Add the egg with the salt and flavoring.

Page 307  Very Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

Add 1 ½ Cups of sugar to ingredients list

Page 318   Cyndi Catt’s Excellent Cereal

Baking Time:  1 hour 45 minutes – 2 hours.
